Hey everyone, I hope you’re having an amazing day today. Today, we’re going to prepare a distinctive dish, kormos. It is one of my favorites. For mine, I’m gonna make it a bit unique. This is gonna smell and look delicious.

Kormos or Kormoz (Turkish: Körmöz or Körmös) are spirits in Turkic mythology and can also refer to ghosts or demons. "Kormos" means in Turkic languages "does not see" or "blind." Kormos is one of the most favored of recent trending meals in the world. It’s simple, it’s quick, it tastes yummy. It is enjoyed by millions daily. Kormos is something that I’ve loved my whole life. They’re nice and they look fantastic.

To begin with this particular recipe, we must prepare a few ingredients. You can cook kormos using 6 ingredients and 6 steps. Here is how you cook that.

The ingredients needed to make Kormos:
  1. Take 1 packages butter cookies
  2. Get 2 tbsp cocoa
  3. Get 2 ripe bananas
  4. Take 1 packages chocolate, dark
  5. Take 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  6. Take 1/2 cup liquors (I used blueberry flavour)

The name "Mosaiko", which means mosaic, from the patterns made when the dessert is cut. Kormos is the Greek word for tree log and this dessert is named after it's shape. A summertime favorite, but I make it quite often, in-fact just made some today!! This dessert is so easy, even a child can make it!

Instructions to make Kormos:
  1. In a basin brake the cookies in quarters and sprinkle with the liquor and cocoa
  2. Follow the bain marie technique to melt the dark chocolate and the butter
  3. Add the melted chocolate into the basin and stir well in order to mix up everything
  4. Melt the bananas and add them in the mix. Stir well.
  5. Put the mix in a greaseproof paper and make a roll.
  6. Leave it in the refrigerator for 3 hours and serve it cold.

A summertime favorite, but I make it quite often, in-fact just made some today!! This dessert is so easy, even a child can make it! Kormos (a Greek dessert that is shaped into a roll and is named after a tree trunk) with chocolate, halva and nuts. The passing of a loved one is a difficult time.
