Steps to make Beef Fried Rice Noodle 乾炒牛河:
  1. Soak beef in warm water and clean them to remove smell.
  2. Drain the water and towel pat dry. Marinate the beef with the 1step ingredients and mix them wait for a min.
  3. Once the beef absorbed the ingredients, add 2nd step marinate to the beef.
  4. Mix the 3rd step marinate to the beef. then leave it in the fridge for at least 20 mins. Add 1 tsp oil to the beef before cooking.
  5. Heat up the wok with 2 tbsp oil. In with beef. do not stir it. remove them once cooked.
  6. In with onions, cook for a min. Add noodles into the wok, do not stir them, let it cook for a while and the flip over. once both side cooked, stir fry for a short while.
  7. Add white spring onions and bean sprouts.
  8. Add beef back into the wok.
  9. Add green spring onions, 1 tbsp soya sauce, 1 tsp soya sauce. - stir fry.
  10. Add chicken stock powder (optional).
  11. Serve with fried egg.
