- Note: this is a very strong banana-flavored dish… if you don't like the taste of bananas, you really won't like this. - place bananas on foil-lined baking sheet, approximately 1" apart
- cover each banana slice with a round of dough and put pan in oven.
- cook until cookie dough is done (time will vary, so keep an eye on them)
- remove from oven and sprinkle lightly with cocoa powder and cinnamon
- allow to cool
