  1. Preheat oven 375°F and place parchment paper on cookie sheet
  2. Cream together butter and sugar until well combined.this only took me about a minute mix in your eggs and vanilla
  3. In a separate bowl sift your dry ingredients together and slowly mix into your wet ingredients about a cup at a time
  4. Cover and freeze your cookie dough for at least 2 hours
  5. Generously flour working surface and rolling pin.roll out half of your cookie dough to desired thickness and cut out with desired cookie cutters. Dough should only be re-rolled once the rest can be rolled out with the next batch or discarded.
  6. I keep my cookies in the fridge or freezer until oven is completely preheated. If your putting colored sugar on them now would be the time to do that
  7. Bake For 7 Minutes &Check On Your Cookies..Mine Were not done yet they took about 12 Minutes total.it Depends On Your Oven but they shouldnt be brown or you Have Cooked Them Too Long and they shouldn't be Shiney or doughy on top or they are under cooked.
  8. Move to cooling rack and wait until they are completely cooled until frosting
