Add pepper Dice the chicken and place in a bag with some oil and the spice mix. Leave to marinate for atleast 30 minutes
Pre-heat frying pan with oil and place chicken in and fry until half way cooked
Place sliced onions and mushrooms in frying pan and cook until mushrooms wiltered and onions soft
Add sliced peppers to the mix for last 5 to 10 minutes so slightly soften
Place salso and mozzarella on wraps and fill making sure you leave some for toppings
Place filled wraps in oven proof dish and place salsa and extra filling on top of wraps and sprinkle mozzarella on top
Cook in oven gas mark 7 until melted and browned off to preference. Serve and enjoy
